Privacy and GDPR
Fjordrun as processor
For the data your applications store and process on Fjordrun (for example your users' records in your database), you are the controller and Fjordrun is your processor. Our Data Processing Agreement (DPA) covers this relationship:

Where data is processed
Your workloads, databases, volumes and logs are hosted in Germany. The sub-processors we use:

Analytics
The Fjordrun website and these docs use self-hosted Umami analytics at analytics.fjordrun.com: no cookies, no cross-site tracking, and the data stays on our servers in Germany.
Your rights
To access, correct, export or delete your personal data, or to object to processing, email privacy@fjordrun.com from the address of your account. We answer within the time limits of the GDPR (normally one month).
You can delete your teams and projects yourself at any time. Deleting a project or service deletes its volumes and data.
